Dulce Decal 42

How to:

1. Remove decal with tweezers 

2. Apply them by Pressing firmly to stick onto the nail

3. Apply Dulce Base over the entire nail

4. Seal with Dulce no wipe top coat or Dulce nowipe Matte top coat

1. Hot pink sprinkles

2. Candy apple gel polish
