Shipping and other policies

At Dulce Nail Sprinkles we strive to have all orders shipped as quickly as possible, usually within 48 hours of receipt of payment. However this may vary depending on peak times and national holidays. All orders will be shipped in the order they were received .
We do not work on weekends or holidays Due to family time . All orders will be processed Monday-Friday or the day following the holiday. Thank you for understanding.
Orders will ship from Nevada.A tracking number will be provided for your shipment. For standard shipping, packages generally take anywhere from 3 - 5 business days to reach its destination. Weekends are not included . Our packages will require a signature. We are not responsible for lost packages

Cancellation cannot be accepted after we have shipped
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Dulce Nail Sprinkles cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, or service interruptions, etc.
If an ordered item is unavailable, We will offer a refund or you will have the option to keep the order and once we have the product we will ship.
